Stage Two
Stage Overview
In order to understand user perspective, we proceed with User Research. From this stage, we identify our stakeholfers, conducted 3 methods of user research: Activity Analysis, Questionaire & Surveys, and Paper Prototyping. All three cards help us understand customers and interaction process, which contributetowards designing acompletesolution.
Stage Three
Stage Overview
After user research, each team members sketched different ideas and we compiled them to affinity diagram. From the diagram, we were able to refine our ideas and create low-fidelity prototype with Balsamiq. We removed some user tasks and elements from previous stages. This stage helped us learn the process behind building a project and visualize our ideas. Below are some sample pages of our Balsamiq low-fidelity prototype:
Stage Four
Stage Overview
We used Figma to create Hi-fidelity prototype. After creating , our group conducted heuristic evaluation which allowed us to identify many problems with our app. After ranking the problems, we could find the most important problems. Also by looking at current designs, we could get ideas of how we should design ours.
Stage Five
Stage Overview
The goal of this stage is polishing our ideas, fixing issues from feedback we got to create a complete version. This below report shows you our journey and the steps taken to create our project, while making the project more realistic. Due to the scope of the course, we stopped at hi-fidelity prototype, not the actual creation of the app. The design process taught us how to make an idea become a reality. If this project were to be created, it would help solve our proposed problem with people reserving during COVID-19. Thanks you for visiting and enjoy our demo.
